This Swaggy skirt holds well its name, the movement  it creates when walking is naturally confident. Genny’ s best bud, Mireille Boucher,  jewelry designer and owner of Hara Kiri, is the biggest fan of this skirt. She wears it all BLACK and swankie as well as hippie light and bright. The high foldable waistband can be folded up to be worn as a summer dress. This skirt was  going to be produced in double layers only, although Mireille convinced her designer friend to make the one layer as well.  As this past summer was so warm in the Eastern townships, it was an easy decision. The two layer is heavier and feels a little more luxurious …but the one layer is lighter for hot summer beach time. Message for one layer custom orders. Fabric is slinky, soft 95% rayon, 5 % lycra. Washing instructions are cold wash hang to dry.
